Refund & Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.

Damaged or wrong items must be reported immediately for resolution.

Returns require prior approval; sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
